Can I return something?
We give in-store credit for the full purchase price of any unworn items you want to return. (If you just try it on and it’s the wrong size – we can take it back.) Send an e-mail to info@scopeurbanapparel.com.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes we can take credit and debit cards for online payments. Our transactions are processed by paypal, You do not need a paypal account to buy stuff. (If you have a paypal account and want to use it, that’s cool too.)
Why doesn’t my coupon code work?
It does – if you have trouble with just enter your coupon code into the field at checkout but DO NOT need to hit update, instead keep filling out the shipping info and hit “calculate shipping” and then “proceed” – your discount will be added. you can check it by going back.
